… the printer prints out during weighing but only special characters appear on

the printout?

– The printer was switched off during the previous printing operation. Switch off the scale

and restart. Only switch off the printer after printing.

… the printout is incomplete (there is no date and the printout has not been fed

out far enough)?

– The load must first be removed from the scale before printing can finish. None of the

scale functions should be activated either.
